摘要
兰州商业储备库10×104m3储罐基础地基采用水泥粉煤灰碎石桩(CFG桩)进行处理,施工工艺为长螺旋钻孔,管内泵压混合料成桩,通过对储罐基础CFG桩的单桩竖向载荷试验、复合地基载荷试验及低应变动力试验,完全满足设计要求;施工中螺旋钻杆具有穿透能力强,低噪声、无振动、无泥浆污染、施工效率高及施工质量容易控制,取得了良好的经济和社会效益。
Lanzhou Commercial Storage of 10 ×104m3 tank foundation utilizes CFG piles, and adopts the process of long spiral drilling. The pile is formed by pump consolidation with a mixture of materials. The results of the vertical load test of single foundation pile, composite foundation and low strain dynamic load test for commercial storage fully meet the design requirements. The spiral drill is characterized by good penetrating ability, low noise, zero vibration, no mud po||ution, high construction efficiency and easy construction quality control, and has achieved good economic and social benefits.
