独立多单元构件自动化蒸汽养护施工技术

摘要 通过自行设计制作的模拟地坑养护池(设置在地面),采用自动化模块来控制养护,实现无人现场操作,现场办公室直接监控,并能通过计算机设定养护参数来控制整个养护流程和养护参数的更改、二次加湿等。目前国内均未见成系统的养护方案或方法,特别是"二次加湿"的理念,是在不同地域、不同干湿程度的外部环境施工中经过多次总结、分析而确定的方法。 Automated modules are adopted to control the maintenance of the simulated pit conservation designed and made by ourselves( set in the ground) ; which enable unmanned on-site operation, and direct monitoring of site through computer in office as well as conservation parameters setting through computer to control the entire maintenance processes and conser- vation parameters change, and secondary humidification construction. Systematic conservation program or method has not been found domestically, especially the concept of "secondary humidification", which is determined by analysis and sum- marization in the different regions, different degrees of wet and dry external environment.
