多晶硅铸锭配料技术研究

摘要 通过调整母合金中硼含量,达到调整P型多晶硅硅锭电阻率的目的。实践证明,所采用的配料方法能够将多晶硅锭电阻率按生产要求控制在1.5~2.5Ωcm,并使多晶硅锭电阻率符合预定规律。
