摘要
"双元制"与"行动导向"是德国职业教育的两个关键词,本文结合笔者在德国职业学校短期培训的经历,对德国的"双元制"职业教育体制与"行动导向"教学进行解读,试图为我国职业教育提供有益借鉴。
The author had the great opportunity to visit and study in Goppingen Vocational School of Business. This paper aims to give a brief introduction to the German Vocational System, with focus on the German dual system and action - oriented paradigm.
