顶岗实习期高职学生党员培养教育方式的探讨

按照高等职业教育的发展要求,顶岗实习是教学体系不可缺少的环节,也是人才培养的重要阶段。在顶岗实习这一特殊阶段,做好实习学生党员培养教育工作,不仅关系到党员自身的成长成才,也关系到高职院校基层党建工作的扎实推进。本文分析当前高职院校学生党员在顶岗实习期间的培养教育现状,分析实习学生党员管理教育的紧迫性和重要性,以北京财贸职业学院为例,探讨适合高职院校顶岗实习期间满足党员培养教育需求的教育方式。

In accordance with the requirements for the development of higher vocational education, internship is an indispensable link in the teaching system, and an important stage of talent cultivation. In the special field work stage, the training education work for internship students party members, not only relates to the party themselves grow up, also relates to the grassroots party construction in higher vocational colleges to advance. This paper, taking Beijing Vocational College of Finance and Commerce as the example, analyzes the urgency of the education of internship student party members, and hopes to explore suitable education for them.
