In order to cultivate independent, perfect personality of students, counselors should adjust our positions in the students management of higher vocational colleges and learn to replace thinking at work. Meanwhile, counselors should take moderation for principle, aim at students＇ self - awareness and self - growth. This article is from the perspective of counselors in higher vocational colleges, to do useful exploration on the moderation of student management work.
