摘要
目的加强病案管理,降低病案在密集架上的错误率。方法采用QCC小组活动程序,通过计划、实施、确认、处置等活动步骤,开展品管圈活动,对比活动前后某时间段病案密集架上病案上架错误率,评价改善幅度。结果病案上架错误率由原有的1.27%降至0.02%,降低了1.23%。结论品管圈活动降低了病案上架的错误率,提高了科室人员发现问题和解决问题的能力,增强了工作人员参与科室管理的意识。
Objective Objective To strengthen the management and reduce the wrongly grounding rate of medical records. Meth- ods Employing the action program of the Quality Control Circle （QCC）, through its steps of PDCA （Plan, Do, Check＆ Action） to carry out QCC activity. Comparing the wrongly grounding rate before and after the QCC management in a certain given period and e- valuating the improvement extent. Results The results shows that the wrongly grounding rate dropped by 1.23%, from 1.27% to 0.02%. Conclusions The application of QCC decreased the wrongly grounding rate of medical records, improved the ability on dis- covering and resolving the problems of the staff in medial record office, and enhanced the consciousness of participating in the depart- ment management of the working staff.
