Continuous Improvement of the Recovery of Medical Records in Large General Hospital

摘要 目的通过对患者出院病历回收方法进行持续改进,从而提高病历回归率。方法采取对诊疗组进行考核和利用移动飞信的通信功能。结果考核后全院85个医疗组2011年5-12月出院病历平均回收天数在3天以内的占70%,2012年下半年利用移动飞信的通信功能后,实施前后出院病历回收天数的比较,P值<0.05有统计学意义,且全院出院病历平均回收天数从4.12天降到2.80天。结论通过对诊疗组考核和利用移动飞信的通信功能,从而促进了病历回归率的提高,具有推广意义。 Objective Through continuous improvement of medical records recovery method to increase the regression rate of med- ical records. Methods To conduct examination and take advantage of the communication function of Mobile Fetion on the treatment group. Resuts After the examination, the average recovery time of medical records within 3 days accounted for 70% in the 85 medi- cal groups from May to December in 2011 of the hospital. After the application of Mobile Fetion by the second half of 2012, com- pared the recovery time of the medical records before and after the implementation of medical recovery, it had statistical significance with P 〈 0.05, and the average recovery of cases decreased from 4.12 days to 2.80 days. Conclusion Through the examination of treatment group and the application of the communication function of Mobile Fetion, promoting the increasing of regression rate of medical records, and of popularized significance.
