摘要
目的建立基于平衡积分卡的临床科室绩效评价指标体系,实现医院的战略目标。方法采用德尔菲法和层次分析法确定指标体系和各项指标权重。结果按照平衡积分卡财务、顾客、内部流程和发展能力四个维度构建了包含10个二级指标、23个三级指标的绩效评价指标库,并确定了各项指标的权重。结论平衡积分卡是实现医院的战略目标的有力工具,本研究所建立的指标体系具有很强的科学性和可行性。
Objective To establish a performance evaluation index system of clinical departments based on balanced scorecard and achieve the strategy goal of the hospital. Method Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process were adopted to ensure the index sys- tem and the index weight of each index. Result A performance evaluation database which concluded 10 secondary indexes and 23 three-level indexes was established according to four dimensions: balanced scorecard finance, customers, inner process and develop- ment ability, then ensured the weight of each index. Conclusion Balanced scorecard is a useful instrument to achieve the strategy goal of the hospital, and the index system we established was scientific and feasible.
