消化系统疾病教学查房中PBL教学法的实践 被引量:11

The Practice of Problem Based Learning Model in the Clinical Teaching Rounds of Digestive System Diseases

摘要 临床教学查房是医学生在临床实习阶段的重要教学活动。将以问题为基础的教学模式引入到消化内科教学查房中,更新和改革传统的教学方式,有助于提高医学生的学习积极性、临床思维和实践能力,培养其独立解决问题的能力并初步掌握消化系统常见病和多发病的临床表现并获得良好的效果。同时也发现受传统教学模式影响部分医学生不能充分发挥主动性等问题和误区,今后要让带教老师和医学生更加理解以问题为基础的教学模式的核心理念,明确自身在其中的角色和任务。 Clinical teaching rounds is a kind of important teaching activity for medical students in their clinical internships peri- od. To adopt problem based learning (PBL) teaching method in the clinical teaching rounds of digestive disease, update and reform the traditional teaching method, which is helpful to improve and develop their learning initiative, clinical thinking and practice abili- ty, cultivate their ability of settling problems individually and understanding the clinical manifestations of common diseases in digestive department, well result were got finally. During the practice, we also found that because of the influence of traditional teaching mod- el, some students can' t fully develop initiative. So teachers and students should have a well understanding of the key ideology of PBL teaching model and clarify their characters and tasks in it.
