发展企业间电子商务问题的探讨

Developing Electronic Business Among Enterprises

电子商务的发展 ,对企业的影响是显而易见的。但是 ,由于认识上的原因以及企业内部资源电子信息化薄弱、法律制度不健全等原因 ,我国的电子商务缺少企业的真正参与。本文提出相应的对策、措施 ,鼓励和引导企业真正参与电子商务活动。

The development of electronic business has an obvious effect on enterprises.However,Our electronic business lack enterprises participating in them,because there are some differences in understanding,electronic informationization among enterprises internal resources is rather weak and legal systems are imperfect.This paper puts forward appropriate counter measures and encourages and leads enterprises to participate really in electronic business.
