当前我国货币财政政策失效的原因剖析

The Constraints on Chinese Monetary and Fiscal Policies

目前我国的宏观经济依然低迷 ,两年扩张性的货币政策和财政政策效果不明显。本文从理论结合我国具体实际这两方面分析了这种情况产生的原因 。

The author points out that the economy of China now is still suffering from deflation.The expansionary monetary and fiscal policies adopted by government were impotent to stimulate economic prosperity.This article aims at concluding some possible reasons through analyzing today's situation and at proposing some feasible policies.
