摘要
烯丙基能够在温和的条件下作为羟基、酚羟基、氨基等基团的保护基,具有很好的化学选择性和区域选择性,被广泛应用在有机合成、药物合成反应中。本文主要对催化量的碘在二甲亚砜体系中对芳基烯丙基醚保护基的脱保护反应进行初步研究,发现碘-二甲亚砜体系是一个高效、温和的芳基烯丙基醚的脱保护试剂。
The allylic protecting groups of hydroxyl, phenolic hydroxyl and amino groups could be formed under mild condition. The reaction had high regioselectivity and chemoselectivity, and allylic protecting groups had been used widely in organic synthesis and drug synthesis. In the paper, the deprotection of allyl aryl ethers using a catalytic amount of iodine in dimethyl sulfoxide was studied. According to investigation, it was showed that iodine-DMSO was a mild and efficient catalyst in deprotection of allyl aryl ethers.
