中西医结合治疗髋关节滑膜炎的临床观察

Clinical observation on treating hip synovitis in the integrative medicine

目的:观察中西医结合方法治疗髋关节滑膜炎的疗效。方法:通过对我院自2002年1月～2010年9月收治的47例髋关节滑膜炎患者进行中西医结合的方法进行治疗后并随访。结果:治疗后47例患者中有39例患者疼痛完全消失。在随访中1例患者因活动度较大出现疼痛、休息后症状减轻。结论:中西医结合治疗髋关节滑膜炎疗效确切,值得临床推广。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of the integrative medicine on treating hip synovitis. Methods： The 47 patients with hip synovitis were observed and follow-up, received from January 2002 to September 2010. Results： After treatment, the pain of patients completely disappeared in 39 cases. One case of pain appeared again in the follow-up and the symptoms relieved for a time. Conclusion： The integrative medicine had clinical efficacy on treating hip synovitis, worthy a wide clinical application.
