中西医结合治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating cough variant asthma in children in the integrative medicine

目的:研究中西医结合治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床效果。方法:整理80例儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘患者的临床治疗资料,按照患者治疗方法不同,分为治疗组和对照组,分别为中西医结合治疗及西医治疗,比较两组临床疗效差异。结果:治疗组患者采用中西医结合的方法进行治疗,其临床疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.05),患者的治愈、显效情况优于对照组,整体有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),具有显著统计学差异。结论:在儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘患者的治疗中,采用中西医结合的方法可以有效提高患者的治愈及治疗有效率情况,具有较强的临床实用效果,可以进行推广使用。

Objective： To study the clinical effect of the integrative medicine on treating cough variant asthma in children. Methods： The clinical treatment data of 80 patients were handled, according to different methods of treatment of patients; the patients were divided into the treated group and the control group, respectively given the integrative medicine and modern medicine treatment, compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results： The clinical efficacy of the treated group was significantly higher （P0.05）, cure rate and significant efficiency were better than that of the control group, overall efficiency higher （P0.05）, with a statistically significant difference. Conclusion： The integrative medicine could effectively improve the patient’s cure rate and significant efficiency, with a strong clinical practical effect, could be widely used.
