葛根素配合中医辨证治疗短暂性脑缺血发作的疗效评价

Evaluation effect on treating transient cerebral ischemia by puerarin plus TCM

目的:为了探讨葛根素配合中医辨证治疗短暂性脑缺血发作的临床疗效。方法:回顾性总结我院收治的短暂性脑缺血患者51例资料,按照治疗方法不同分为两组:选择葛根素配合中医辨证治疗的26例资料为观察组,选择常规西药治疗的25例资料为对照组,治疗后按照文章疗效标准进行统计,最后统计学方法比较疗效结果差异性是否具有统计学意义。结果:观察组显效13例(50%),有效11例(42.3%),无效2例(7.7%),总有效率92.3%,对照组显效10例(40%),有效7例(28%),无效8例(32%),总有效率68%,两组疗效结果具体统计学差异性(P<0.05)。结论:葛根素配合中医辨证治疗短暂性脑缺血发作具有满意的临床疗效。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of puerarin plus TCM on treating transient cerebral ischemia. Methods： To retrospective summary data of 51 patients in our hospital, according to the different treatment methods were divided into two groups： 26 cases in the observation group were treated by puerarin plus TCM, 25 cases in the control group were treated by routine modern medicine, last comparative efficacy results are statistically significant difference. Results： 13 cases markedly effective in the observation group of （50%）, effective in 11 cases （42.3%）, invalid in 2 cases （7.7%）, the total efficiency was 92.3%, control group 10 cases （40%）, effective in 7 cases （28%）, invalid in 8 cases （32%）, the total efficiency was 68%, significant difference （P0.05）. Conclusion： The puerarin plus TCM is effective in treating transient cerebral ischemia.
