养血润肤饮联合NB-UVB治疗老年皮肤瘙痒症疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating elderly pruritus by the Yangxue Runfu decoction combined with NB-UVB

目的:评价养血润肤饮联合NB-UVB治疗老年皮肤瘙痒症的疗效。方法:85例老年瘙痒症患者随机分为两组,治疗组予养血润肤饮联合NB-UVB治疗,对照组口服氯雷他定。结果:治疗组总有效率94.0%,对照组总有效率为77.1%,两组差异有显著性(P<0.05)。随访半年,治疗组复发率为8%,对照组为30.8%。结论中药养血润肤饮联合NB-UVB治疗老年瘙痒症具有疗效显著,复发率低的特点。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Yangxue Runfu decoction and NB-UVB in treating elderly pruritus. Methods： 85 cases were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group was treated with oral Yangxue Runfu decoction and NB-UVB. The control group was treated with oral loratadine. Results： In the treated group the total efficiency was 94.0%, while the efficiency of control group was 77.1%. There was significant difference between two groups （P0.05）. Follow-up for half a year, the relapse rate of treated group was 8%, while control group was 30.8%. Conclusion： Yangxue Runfu decoction combined with NB-UVB proved to be highly effective and low relapse rate in treatment of elderly pruritus.
