白术散加味外洗结合指推掌拍法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床效果分析

Efficacy analysis of the Baizhu powder wash outside plus the push palm beat method in treating osteoarthritis of the knee

目的:对白术散加味外洗结合指推掌拍法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床效果进行分析。方法:把我院门诊和住院部所收治的56例膝关节骨性关节炎患者随机分成两组,每组28例,其中一组采用双氯芬酸钠治疗,称为对照组;另外一组采用白术散加味外洗结合指推掌拍法治疗,称为观察组。最后采用WOMAC量表对两组患者治疗前后的各项临床指标进行对比。结果:两组患者治疗前后的各项指标变化具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的治疗总有效率为92.9%高于对照组的85.7%,两组差异比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用白术散加味外洗结合指推掌拍法和双氯芬酸治疗膝关节骨性关节炎均可以有效的提高治疗效果,其中白术散加味外洗结合指推掌拍法的治疗效果更好可以进行推广使用。

Objective： To investigate clinical effects of the Baizhu powder modified wash outside plus the push palm beat method on treating osteoarthritis of the knee. Methods： 56 patients were divided into two groups, 28 for each. The control group was given the diclofenac treatment, while the treated group was given the Baizhu powder modified wash outside plus the push palm beat method, compared the two groups by WOMAC scale. Results： The total efficiency of the treated group was 92.9%, significantly higher than that in the control 85.7% （P0.05）. Conclusion： The Baizhu powder modified wash outside combined with the push palm beat method was significantly effective, worthy of a wide application.
