太仓地区绝经女性的中医体质评估情况分析

Analysis on TCM constitutional types of natural menopausal women in Taicang

目的:旨在了解太仓地区自然绝经女性的中医体质况。方法:用随机整群法抽取由太仓市某社区管理的自然绝经女性130人,使用统一问卷评定中医体质,用改良的Kupperman Menopausal Index(KMI)评定绝经综合症的症状情况。结果:①质类型分别为平和型95例(73.1%),偏颇体质35例(26.9%);②MI正常者为33人(25.4%),有症状者为97人(74.6%);③质分类与KMI有相关性(r=0.313,P<0.01);④MI分值的中位数在平和、气虚、气郁、血瘀、阳虚和阴虚体质中分别为10、15、19、7和17,组间有统计学意义(x2=23.150,P<0.01);有偏颇体质(指非平和体质)的在KMI中判别为正常、轻度、中度、重度的分布依次为4/33(12.1%)、13/58(22.4%)、18/39(46.2%),有统计学意义(x2=11.605,P=0.003);⑤MI中潮热汗出、眩晕、疲乏和皮肤蚁走感在6种检出的中医体质中的分布有统计学意义(x2=19.235、12.924、21.386和11.977,P<0.05)。结论:太仓地区自然绝经女性中医偏颇体质以气虚、阴虚为主,中医体质分类与KMI配合使用,可以为绝经女性提供更丰富的健康评估。

Objective： It was to investigate Chinese medicine constitution of natural menopausal women in Taicang. Methods：With random cluster sampling used 130 natural menopausal women of some community were interviewed, while given assessment by unity questionnaire of Chinese medicine constitution and kupperman menopausal index （KMI）. Results： ①There were 95 gentleness type （73.1%） and 35 non-gentleness type （26.9%）. ②There were 33 normal KMI （25.4%） and 97 abnormal KMI （74.6%）. ③Constitutional types were related with KMI （r=0.313,P0.01）.④Median of KMI in the gentleness, Qi-deficiency, QI-depression, blood-stasis, Yang-deficiency and Yin-deficiency six types respectively were 10, 15, 19, 19, 7 and 17, which had statistical significance （x2 =23.150, P0.01）. Normal, mild and moderate-to-severe of KMI with non-gentleness type laid were respectively 4/33 （12.1%）, 13/58（22.4%）, 18/39（46.2%）, which had statistical significance （x2 =11.605,P=0.003）. ⑤There were statistical significance between hot flash and sweating, whirling, tired and formication of KMI allocated in six constitutional types （x2 =19.235, 12.924, 21.386 和 11.977,P0.05）. Conclusion： QI-deficiency and Yin-deficiency were major types in natural menopausal women of Taicang. Constitutional types coordinated with KMI could make health assessment better.
