摘要
目的:探讨产后出血的预防及护理措施。方法:对我院2007年1月～2011年10月收治的40例产后出血的临床资料进行分析,总结临床护理效果并探讨预防产后出血的有效方法。结果:40例患者出血量均有减少,34例患者痊愈,6例患者好转(其中2例经子宫全切术后好转)无1例死亡。结论:进行积极有针对性的护理,对产后出血的治疗非常重要。而做好产后出血的预防工作,可大大降低其发病率。
Objective： To explore the measure of prevention and nursing of postpartum hemorrhage. Methods： The clinical data of 40 cases of postpartum hemorrhage in our hospital from 2007 January to 2011 October were analyzed to summarize the clinical nursing effect and to explore the effective method of preventing postpartum hemorrhage. Results： 40 cases of patients with bleeding amount have decreased, 34 patients were cured, 6 cases improved. Conclusion： Actively targeted the measure of nursing is very important for the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage and do prevention of postpartum hemorrhage can greatly reduce the incidence of the disease.
