基于创新人才培养的教学模式研究

在科学技术飞速发展的今天,传统的高校教学模式已经无法满足社会对创新人才的需求,改变传统的教学模式,建立创新教育新模式是高校教学改革的必然趋势。本文通过图示和文字说明相结合的方式,从教学目的、教学原则和教学设计等角度进行了深入细致的探讨。在此基础上,对高校课堂教学模式创新作出积极思考。

In the rapid development of science and technology, traditional university teaching mode has been unable to provide the needs of the social development of innovative talents. Therefore changing the traditional teaching model and the establishing a new model of innovative education is the inevitable trend of teaching reform in university. In this paper, through a combination of icons and text, problems and issues are explored in terms of teaching obiectives, teaching principle, teaching devise then discusses the innovation of teaching model in universities.
