前颅窝底硬脑膜动静脉瘘伴颅内外动脉狭窄五例诊治分析
摘要
硬脑膜动静脉瘘（DAVF）是指发生在硬脑膜组织及其附属物大脑镰和小脑幕等处的一类动静脉异常交通，可发生在颅内的任何部位，占颅内血管畸形的10％～15％，而前颅窝底DAVF相对少见，约占颅内DAVF的10％11．21。前颅窝底DAVF有着特殊的血管构筑，
