拉美三国医疗服务处方用药分析

Analysis of prescription drug usage of medical service in the three Latin American countries

目的对牙买加、特立尼达和多巴哥及哥斯达黎加拉美三国医疗服务处方药物的应用情况进行回顾性分析，为以后海外医疗服务药品保障提供参考。方法应用计算机数据库提取处方用药数据，对药品使用情况进行汇总、分析。结果拉美三国医疗服务用量较大的处方药物为外科用药、非甾体抗炎药物、眼科用药和作用于消化系统的药物；除中成药外，前出、巡诊诊疗用药情况与医院船平台差别不大。结论海外医疗服务药品使用的特点与到访国的国情密切相关。

Objective To explore application of prescription drug of three countries in Latin America, Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago, and Costa Rico, in order to provide the reference for medicine supply of abroad medical service in the future. Methods Data including classification, consumption amount and quantity of the prescription drug were analyzed respectively by adopting the information system. Results External drug, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug, ophthalmic drug and digestive system drugs were mostly consumed in the three countries of Latin America. Conduslon The characteristics of drug usage were closely relevant with the national conditions of medical service.
