摘要
目的观察持续低氧对大鼠心肌线粒体超微结构的影响,探讨中药复方对线粒体的保护作用。方法SD雄性大鼠分为平原对照组、高原低氧1天组、中药干预1天组、高原低氧3天组、中药干预3天组、高原低氧7天组、中药干预7天组。用透射电镜观察大鼠心肌线粒体的超微结构。结果①与平原对照组比较,高原低氧1天组,高原低氧3天组大鼠心肌部分线粒体肿胀,形成空泡;高原低氧7天组大鼠心肌线粒体肿胀,形成空泡,部分线粒体嵴减少或消失。②中药干预7天组大鼠线粒体结构形态基本正常,个别线粒体可见嵴扩张。结论急进高原和持续低氧对大鼠心肌线粒体超微结构产生一定损伤,其损伤程度与持续低氧时间有关。中药复方对线粒体的超微结构具有保护作用。
Objective To observe affect of continuous hypoxia on rat's myocardium mitochondria ultrastructure and the compound Chinese herbs. Methods SD male rats were divided into plain control group, plateau hypoxia on-day group, the traditional Chinese medicine intervention on-day group, plateau hypoxia three-day group, the traditional Chinese medicine intervention three-day group, plateau hypoxia seven-day group, the traditional Chinese medicine intervention seven-day group. Myocardium mitochondria ultrastructure was observed with transmission electron microscope. Results 1. Comparing with plain Control group, part of mitochondrias in myocardium was swollen and vacuolated in plateau hypoxia one-day group and plateau hypoxia three-day group. Mitochondrias in myocardium were swollen and vacuolated, and mitochondrial crista of part mitochondrias decreased or disappeared in plateau hypoxia seven-day group. 2. Structure morphology of mitochondrias in myocardium was fundamental normal in the traditional Chinese medicine intervention seven-day group, extension of mitochondrial crista was found in individual mitochondria. Conclusion 1. Mitochondria ultrastructure of myocardium is considered being damaged in rush entry of plateau associated with continuous hypoxia. 2. The compound Chinese herbs is considered to protect mitochondria uhrastructure in myocardium.
