改良冲洗法在经口机械通气危重患者口腔感染控制效果的临床研究

Study on the improved washing method for oral Infection for mechanical ventilation patient

目的评价机械通气危重患者应用改良冲洗法进行口腔感染控制的临床效果。方法采用前瞻性对照研究设计，机械通气患者80例，随机分为2组，传统的棉球擦拭法口腔感染控制组40例，改良冲洗法口腔感染控制组40例，对两组口腔清洁后的细菌阳性率及有效率进行对比。结果对于机械通气患者采用改良冲洗法进行口腔清洁的效果明显优于传统的棉球擦洗法，P〈0．01。结论采用改良冲洗法对机械通气危重患者进行口腔清洁相比较于传统的棉球擦洗法能够降低该类患者的口腔感染率。

Objective To evaluate the effects of the improved washing method for those mechanical ventilation patients. Methods 80 patients with mechanical ventilation were randomly divided into two groups, cotton ball scrape method oral cavity cleaning group, and wash method oral cavity cleaning group, with 40 patients in each group. The oral cavity bacterial positive rate and infection control effective rate were observed and compared between the two groups. Results It reflected a better result from the wash method oral cavity cleaning than the traditional cotton ball scrape method oral cavity cleaning （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Comparing with the traditional cotton ball scrape method, the oral cavity infection rate reduce remarkably in mechanical ventilation patients with wash method oral cavity cleaning.
