START与ISS对于群体伤患者检伤分类的一致性分析 被引量:6

摘要 创伤的检伤分类是群体伤医疗急救的首要环节。当有限的医疗救护人员面对大批的伤员,第一步救援措施必然是快速检伤分类,将重伤员尽快从伤亡人群中筛选出来;然后再分别按照伤情的轻重,依先后顺序给予急救措施。因此,群体伤的检伤分类具有十分重要的作用,目前国内对于群体伤的检伤分类的具体方法及其实践意义的报道较少。国外较常用简单分检和快速治疗(SimpleTriageAndRapidTreatment,START)检伤分类程序见图1。进行群体伤的检伤分类。四川大学华西医院急诊科自近年来采用此种程序进行群体伤的检伤分类,取得了较好效果,本文通过START检伤分类程序与损伤严重度评分(InjurySeverityScore,ISS)的一致性分析,探讨START检伤分类程序在国内群体伤的检伤分类中的实践意义。
