《金匮要略》中的内外并治法浅谈

《金匮要略》是一部融多种治疗方法于一体的古典医籍,其中内外并治法应用于多种疾病的治疗中,疗效显著。本文外治法指应用非口服药物的方法,通过刺激经络、穴位、皮肤、粘膜、肌肉、筋骨等以达到防病治病目的的一种传统医学疗法。《金匮要略》中应用内、外治法结合治疗疾病的典型病例很多,如在湿病、百合病、狐惑病、奔豚气病、血痹等中均有体现,为后世内、外治法结合治疗疾病提供了坚实的理论和临床实践基础。现将《金匮要略》中内外并治思想及其具体应用予以梳理分析,并结合现代临床实践,以期揭示内外结合综合治疗的机理和临床实用价值。

Jingui Yaolue is a classical medical book in ancient China in which many diseases are treated with internal and external therapies and get good effects.External therapy in this article is a non-oral drug method by stimulating the meridians,acupuncture points,skin,moucous membranes muscles,bones,etc,in order to achieve the purpose of preventing and curing diseases as traditional medicinal practices.There are a lot of cases in Jingui Yaolue treated with internal and external therapies such as damp disease,lily disease,Fox disease,up-rushing gas syndrome,blood-arthralgia,etc.It lays solid theoretical foundation of the clinical application of this therapy for the future generations.Through the analysis of this thought and the practical applications in treating diseases,combining with the modern clinical applications,this article will introduce the mechanism and the practical value of the internal and external co-treatment method.
