隔药灸配合穴位注射治疗强直性脊柱炎疗效观察

Every Drug Moxibustion with Acupuncture Point Injection Treatment of Ankylosing Spondylitis Curative Effect Observation

[目的]观察隔药灸配合穴位注射治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效。[方法]将100例强直性脊柱炎患者随机分为治疗组55例和对照组45例,治疗组采用隔药灸穴配合穴位注射治疗,对照组采用口服药物治疗,在治疗3个疗程后进行疗效评定。[结果]治疗组显率38.2%,总有效率为92.7%,对照组显效率13.3%,总有效率为73.3%,治疗组显效率及总有效率明显优于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]隔药灸配合穴位注射与药物治疗强直性脊柱炎均有效,但隔药灸配合穴位注射疗效更优,操作简单,无毒副作用,值得临床推广应用。

[Objective]To observe every drug moxibustion with acupuncture point injection treatment of ankylosing spondylitis clinical curative effect.[Methods]100 patients with ankylosing spondylitis patients were randomly divided into treatment group 45 cases and control group 55 cases,the treatment group used every drug moxibustion hole with acupuncture point injection,using oral drug therapy in the treatment of three courses before curative effect evaluation.[Results]Treatment group showed rate 38.2%,the total effective rate was 92.7%,the control group showed efficiency 13.3%,the total effective rate was 73.3%,the treatment group showed efficiency and the total effective rate was obviously superior to the control group,the difference between the two groups had statistical significance（P＆lt;0.05）.[Conclusion]Every drug moxibustion with acupuncture point injection and drug treatment of ankylosing spondylitis were effective,but every drug moxibustion with point injection had better curative effect,with simple operation,non-toxic side effects,it was worth clinical application.
