摘要
为解决耙头活动罩的人工机械调整问题,研制了新型主动耙头。介绍新型主动耙头的工艺特点、适用范围、工艺原理、工艺流程及操作重点、质量控制等。新型耙头由液压进行控制,在施工中可以随着不同地质地貌随时通过液压杆调节其角度变化,使耙头的挖掘能力始终处于较为理想的状态。
In order to solve the problem of adjusting the adjustable cover of drag head by man, a new adjustable drag head has been manufactured. The technology characteristics of new adjustable drag head, its suitable range, technology principle, technology procedure and key operating points and quality control are introduced. The new drag head is controlled by hydraulic pressure, and its angle can be adjusted by hydraulic lever as it meets different geology during construction, so as to make the dig ability of drag head being ideal status.
