摘要
户外广告是城市景观的重要构成因素,针对户外广告进行规划与管理是提升城市形象与品质的重要手段。本文分析了日本户外广告设置的法律体系、规划要求以及管理制度,同时对如何完善我国的户外广告规划与管理提出若干建议。
Outdoor advertising is a significant factor to city landscape, planning and administration of it is a vital means to upgrade the city image. This paper analyzes the law system, planning requests and administration institution of outdoor advertising of Japan, also puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the outdoor advertising of China.
