甜菜糖蜜制取低聚果糖的研究 被引量:2

Study on the production of fructooligosaccharides by beet molasses

摘要 以甜菜糖蜜为原料,对发酵法制取低聚果糖进行了初步的研究。研究结果表明,通过优化发酵条件,可以使低聚果糖的产率大幅度提高。该法的最适条件为:接种量5%,温度30℃,初始pH7.0,培养时间36h,初始废蜜浓度20%,制得的低聚果糖含量为46.75mg/mL。该法工艺简单,成本低,节约资源。 The beet molasses was used fermentation culture to produce fructooligosaccharide (FOS) in the paper. It was showed that the yield of FOS was increased greatly by optimizating the conditions of FOS production. The optimum culture conditions of the method were the inoculation quantity 5%, initial pH 7.0, temperature 30℃, molasses concentration 20%. In that condition, the yield of FOS can reach 46.75mg/mL after reacting for 48 hours. The process made the operation easy and the resources saved.
