摘要
在网络化的今天,虚拟世界与现实世界、网上信息流与网下人流不断交互、强化,使得舆论传播这一群体行为更具隐蔽性、突发性与扩散性。目前国内有关复杂网络上集体行为的动力学研究,大多还停留在以传统的问卷统计为手段、以统计学方法为基础的社会预警层面。今后,随着传播媒介结构与性质的根本改变、宏观社会现象的变革以及计算机科学的不断进步,要针对以往研究中存在的一系列问题,突破传统方法,对其规律进行有效管理;要打破传统先验知识屏障,综合运用跨领域跨学科的前沿技术来解决公众舆论管理与研究问题;要通过技术手段发现网络集群行为的内在规律并用以调节和管理网络集群行为,可采用数据挖掘和系统论方法研究金融市场的集群行为模式和机理,采用信息科学方法定量研究公众舆论的内在科学规律。
Along with the progress of networking, the margin between real and virtual world is increasingly blurred, as well as the information online and offline. And this makes the public opinion propagation, a kind of group behavior, to be more secret, unexpected and diffusible. In recent years, the kinetic study on public opinion propagation in human population in complex network is still carried out with the help of traditional questionnaires and stays at the level of statistics-based social warnings. In the future, with the fundamental changes in the structure and nature of media, the revolution in macro social phenomenon and the continuous improvement in computer science, we should break though the limitation of traditional method, implement the effective management on the rules, comprehensively apply the advanced technology to the solution of problems in public opinion management and research, find out the inherent law in network group behavior by technological means and apply them to the control and management of these behaviors.
