The competition among modern enterprises will depend on the business models rather than the products. Haier＇s exploration about business model began and was accompanied with its organizational structure adjustment and reengineering and experienced the transformation process from the management pattern of ＂market chain＂ to the business model of ＂integrating order with personal and the win-win situation＂. Haler is assiduous in exploration, practice and innovation; it is trying to create a new business model of Chinese people themselves to change the fate of ＂made in China＂.
