摘要
文章介绍了一种微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定木姜子中铅和镉含量的方法。试样用HNO3-H2O2消解,标准曲线法进行测定。结果表明:该方法线性关系和重复性较好,对于铅、镉的相关系数均>0.996,检出限分别为89.8pg和4.44pg,相对标准偏差为3.5%~5.0%,加标回收率为97.1%~110.9%,该法能用于木姜子中铅和镉元素的测定。
A method for determination of lead and cadmium in Litsea pungens by microwave digestion- GF-AAS is presented. The sample is digested with HNO3-H2O2 and the contents are determined by calibration curve method. The results show that the method has good linearity and repeatability, the correlation coefficients of lead and cadmium are both greater than 0. 996, the detection limits are 89.8 pg for lead and 4.44 pg for cadmium, the relative standard deviations are 3.5%-5.0%, the recoveries of lead and cadmium are 97.1% -110.9%. The method can be applied for the determination of lead and cadmium contents in Litsea pungens.
