副猪嗜血杆菌抗原筛选研究进展

摘要 副猪嗜血杆菌主要引起猪的多发性浆膜炎、关节炎和脑膜炎,成为制约养猪业健康发展的又一重要病原,国内外针对副猪嗜血杆菌病原学、致病机制等开展了广泛的研究,文章就副猪嗜血杆菌病原学、毒力因子、抗原筛选等方面进行了综述,以期为新型副猪嗜血杆菌疫苗研究提供一定的理论参考。 Haemophilus parasuis mainly causes porcine polyserositis, arthritis and meningitis, which becomes one of the important pathogens restricting the healthy development of the pig industry. Thus, extensive research has been conducted on the etiology, pathogenesis and other as- pects in Haemophilus parasuis. This paper reviews the etiology, virulence factors, antigen screening, and other aspects in Haemophilus parasuis, with a view to providing a certain theoretical reference to the research for new type of Haemophilus parasuis vaccine.
