摘要
目的:了解在美沙酮维持治疗期间,患者滥用甲基苯丙胺(冰毒)情况以及相关因素。方法:对2012年5月31日和2012年6月1日瑞丽市美沙酮维持治疗门诊在治303例海洛因成瘾者进行甲基苯丙胺尿检并收集基本信息。结果:在303例美沙酮维持治疗者中,合并滥用甲基苯丙胺163例(53.8%)。Logistic多因素回归分析,男性、年龄<41 a、文盲及小学文化程度、丧偶或离婚、MMT治疗时间≥3 a患者更易发生滥用冰毒行为。结论:美沙酮维持治疗患者滥用甲基苯丙胺(冰毒)行为较普遍,应对美沙酮维持治疗病人实施干预措施,以减少滥用冰毒行为的发生。
Objective：To investigate the use of methamphetamine among methadone maintenance treatment（MMT） patients and related factors.Methods： Urine test for methamphetamine was conducted among 303 patients from a MMT clinic in Ruili between May 31,2012 and June 1,2012.Results： Among the 303 MMT patients,163（53.8%） were abusing methamphetamine.Results from multiple Logistic regression analysis indicated that those who were male,aged less than 41 years old,with an education level of illiterate or primary school,divorced or widowed,receiving MMT 3 years or more were more likely to abuse methamphetamine.Conclusion： Methamphetamine use was common among MMT patients,more efforts should be made to prevent and reduce the use of methamphetamine among MMT patients in China.
