摘要 目的:探讨关节镜辅助下治疗胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效。方法:自2008年~2011年间,采用关节辅助下治疗胫骨平台骨折21例。根Schatzker骨折分型,Ⅰ型5例,Ⅱ型8例,Ⅲ型5例,Ⅳ3例。根据AO骨折分型B1.1型4例,B1.3型5例,B2.2型8例,B3.1型3例。结果:随访时间为12~36个月,平均28.2±3.5个月。按Hohl's和Rasmussen's分级系统,17例病人得分满意,满意率为81%。根据Ahlback's分类,5例病人出现骨性关节炎,1例为中度,4例为轻度。该组20例人对治疗结果表示满意(15例很满意,5例较满意),1例病人不满意,满意率为95.2%。结论:采用关节镜辅助下微创内固定术治疗胫骨平台骨折,具有损伤小、复位满意、术后康复快等优点,值得临床推广和应用。 Objective:To discuss the value of Tibial Plateau Fractures treated with Arthroscopy-assisted.Methods:From 2008 to 2011,21 cases of tibial plature were treated with arthroscopy -assisted.According to Schatzker's classification,5 typeⅠ,8 typeⅡ,5 typeⅢ,and 3 typeⅣfractures were assessed.Using the AO classification,4 B1.1,2 B1.3,8 B2.2 and 4B3.1 type fractures were considered. .Results:The time of followed -up was 12 to 36 months,the average time was 28 months.According Hohl's and Rasmussen's score system,15 cases's score were satisfactory,according Ahlback's classification there were 5 osteoarthritis,1 was moderate and 4 were mild. Conclusion:Treatment of tibial plateau fractures under arthroscopy might be characterized by minimal invasion,exact reduction,satisfy knee joint function and worth further clinical application.
