二尖瓣置换术治疗风湿性心脏病临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on mitral valve replacement in patients with rheumatic heart disease

目的:讨论应用二尖瓣置换术治疗风湿性心脏病的疗效。方法:回顾2007年6月～2009年5月间,患风湿性心脏病在我院进行二尖瓣置换术的患者共42例,术中全麻建立体外低温循环,注意保护心肌,切除病变的二尖瓣,置换机械或生物二尖瓣。结果:42例患者手术全部成功,选择机械瓣膜置换者27例,选择用生物瓣置换者15例。术后无严重并发症。结论:对风湿性心脏病患者,置换二尖瓣手术是根治的唯一方法,只要术前认真准备,术中加强操作技能,术后预防并发症,成功率很高,可以有效改善患者的生活质量。

Objective：To discuss the effect of the application of mitral valve replacement in patients with rheumatic heart disease.Methods： Retrospective June 2007 May -2012,suffering from rheumatic heart disease in our hospital a total of 42 cases of patients with mitral valve replacement surgery anesthesia in vitro hypothermic circulatory,pay attention to the protection of myocardial lesions removed mitral valve replacement mechanical or biological mitral valve.Results：All 42 patients had surgery successful,select mechanical valve replacement were 27 cases, choose to use biological valve replacement in 15 cases.No severe complications.Conclusion：Replacement mitral valve surgery in patients with rheumatic heart disease,is the only way to cure serious preparation preoperative,intraoperative enhance operational skills,prevention of complications after surgery,the success rate is high,can be effective in improving the quality of life of patients.
