小肠肿瘤的手术治疗体会

Clinical operation treatment of small intestine tumor

目的:探讨小肠肿瘤的手术治疗方法和经验。方法:将在我院接受诊治的35例小肠肿瘤患者的资料进行临床分析,总结手术治疗体会。结果:本组12例良性肿瘤术后均成功随访6个月～3年,未见复发且无死亡病例;23例恶性肿瘤术后失访1例,其余均随访1～5年,平均存活时间(30.45±2.56)个月;术后1年生存率为86.36%(19/22),术后2年生存率为68.18%(15/24),术后3年生存率为27.27%(6/22)。结论:小肠肿瘤应根据其临床特征早期诊断、合理选择手术方式治疗。

Objective：To investigate the clinical diagnose and treatment of small intestine tumor.Methods：The 35 cases with small intestine tumor were analyzed and the clinical diagnose and operation treatment was summarized.Results：The 12 cases with benign neoplasm were followed -up successfully in 6 months to 3 years,and there were on cases with relapsing and death.The 23 cases with malignant tumor were followed - up successfully in 1 to 3 years except 1 case with loss following - up,and the survival time were（30.45±2.56） months.And the survival rate was 86.36%（19/22） in 1 year,68.18%（15/24） in 2 years and 27. 27%（6/22） in 3 years.Conclusion：The early diagnosis and reasonable modus operandi should be selected according to clinical feature of small intestine tumor.
