奥扎格雷不同剂量治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效观察

Different dose ozagrel in treating acute cerebral infarction to observe of curative effect

目的:探讨不同剂量奥扎格雷治疗急性脑梗死的临床药物剂量效应关系。方法:275例急性脑梗死病人分成3组。在常规治疗(吡拉西坦,维生素E,胞磷胆碱,血栓通等)基础上,治疗Ⅰ组:给奥扎格雷80mg,静脉输入,10天;治疗Ⅱ组:给奥扎格雷40mg,静脉输入,10天;对照组:仅用常规治疗。结果:治疗Ⅰ组总有效率97%,治疗Ⅱ组总有效率96%,对照组总有效率82%,3组间疗效比较经Ridit分析,治疗Ⅰ组、治疗Ⅱ组与对照组临床疗效比较均有非常明显差异(P<0.01),而治疗Ⅰ组与治疗Ⅱ组比较,差异不显著(P>0.05),治疗组除少数病人出现皮疹、恶心外,未出现严重不良反应。结论:不同剂量奥扎格雷治疗急性脑梗死都有肯定疗效。

Objective：To explore the clinical dose - effect relation of different doses ozagrel in treating acute cerebral infarction.Methods： Two hundred and sevety -five patients with acute cerebral infraction were divided into 3 groups,Based on conventional therapy（piracetam, vitaminE,citicoline,Xueshuantong,etc） treatmentⅠgroup was treated with ozagrel 80 mg iv,gtt,bid,for 10 d and treatmentⅡgroup was treated with ozagrel 40 mg iv,gtt,bid,for10d.Control group was with conventional therapyonly.Results：The total effective rates were 97%,96%in treatmentⅠ,Ⅱgroup and 82%in control group.Curative effect contrast among 3 groups was analyzed by Ridit method .The difference between trentment groups（Ⅰ,Ⅱ） and control group was obvious（P0.01）,but the difference berween treatmentⅠgroup and treatmentⅡgroup was not obvious（P0.05）.There were no serious adverse reactions except for skin eruptionand nausea.Conclusion： Small dose ozagrel has sure curative effect in treating acute cerebral infarction.
