彩色多普勒超声在下肢肿胀病因诊断中的价值

Value of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of cause of leg swelling

目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声在下肢肿胀病因中的应用,为临床诊治提供依据。方法:回顾性分析2010年1月～2013年1月因下肢肿胀就诊的74例患者,对其二维声像图特征及彩色多普勒检查结果进行总结及分析。结果:下肢静脉性肿胀63例,占85.1%;淋巴性肿胀5例,占6.7%;其他占8.2%。(腘窝囊肿3例,腘窝囊肿破裂积血、K-T综合征、股浅动脉假性动脉瘤各1例)。各肿胀具有不同的声像图特征。结论:彩色多普勒超声不仅观察下肢血流动力学的变化,还可检测下肢所引起肿胀的组织结构变化,对下肢肿胀病因、鉴别诊断以及指导临床治疗具有重要意义。

Objective：To Explore the application of color Doppler ultrasound in leg swelling causes and provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods：Retrospective analysis was taken from January 2010 to January 2013 for the treatment of 74 cases of patients with lower limb swelling,its summary and analysis of two - dimensional sonographic features and color Doppler examination results. Results：63 cases of venous leg swelling,accounting for 85.1%;lymphatic swelling 5 cases（6.7%）;Other 8.2%.（Popliteal cyst three cases of popliteal cyst rupture hemorrhage the KT Syndrome,superficial femoral artery pseudoaneurysm in 1 case）.The swelling has different sonographic features.Conclusion：Color Doppler ultrasound,not only to observe the changes in the lower extremity hemodynamics could also detect lower limb caused by the swelling of the changes in the organizational structure,leg swelling etiology,differential diagnosis and guide clinical treatment had important.
