髋关节周围软组织重建对THA术后稳定性的研究 被引量：8

摘要 人工全髋关节置换术（Total hip replacement,THR）作为髋关节重建是一种有效的治疗方法而得到广泛的应用。髋关节置换的后外侧入路是目前进行全髋关节置换术和全髋关节翻修术（Revision total hip replacement）常用的手术入路。术后髋关节后脱位是一种比较严重而常见的早期并发症。发生率为4%左右,仅次于假体松动。研究表明术后脱位多发生在术后3个月内,髋关节置换术后关节脱位是导致手术失败的常见原因。目前研究发现术中软组织破坏过多导致的软组织失平衡已逐渐成为假体脱位,尤其是早期脱位的主要因素。我们通过骨锚钉技术,及部分游离阔筋膜修复重建关节囊,增加髋关节术后稳定,降低早期术后脱位风险,极大恢复了髋关节张力,最大可能地重建关节囊的正常解剖结构,使之更加接近生理状态的髋关节,有效防止髋关节脱位发生,
