The financial service outsourcing industry meets new opportunities against the background of global financial crisis. Shanghai should adapt to the trend of the industry, give full play to its advantageous factors endowed to take the road with internationalization, high-end and the leading edge characters. Relying on its good fundamental conditions, Shanghai also needs to establish the public service platform of Pan Yangtze River Delta area, improve the intellectual property fights system, and build the high-quality financial outsourcing talent training system to accelerate its development.
