摘要 [目的]明确不同土壤质地及种植模式对花生品质的影响。[方法]设砂土、两合土、黏土3种不同土壤质地和麦垄套种、麦后起垄和麦后起垄覆膜3种种植模式。[结果]黏土上种植花生脂肪含量、亚油含量最高,砂土上种植花生蛋白质含量、油酸含量和O/L比值最高;不同种植模式中脂肪含量麦垄套种﹥麦后起垄﹥麦后起垄覆膜,蛋白质含量麦后起垄覆膜﹥麦后起垄﹥麦垄套种,且麦后起垄覆膜种植使花生的蛋白质含量和油酸含量增加,亚油酸含量下降,O/L比值提高。[结论]不同土壤质地和种植模式对花生品质的影响较大,应该根据不同的生产目标,选择不同的土壤质地及种植模式。 [Objective] The aim was to confirm on the effects of different soil texture and planting pattern on peanut qualities.[Method] Three soil texture(sand loamy soil,mixed soil,clay soil) and three planting patterns(wheat intercropped with peanut,ridging after wheat harvest,filming and ridging after wheat harvest) were designed,resp..[Result]The results showed that the content fat and the linoleic acid of peanut was the highest which planted in clay soil,the protein content and the O / L value of peanut was the highest which planted in sand soil;The fat content of peanut of different planting patterns was as follows: wheat intercropped with peanut ridging after wheat harvest filming and ridging after wheat harvest,which the protein content was as follows: filming and ridging after wheat harvest ridging after wheat harvest wheat intercropped with peanut,and under the treatment of filming and ridging after wheat harvest,the protein content,the oleic acid content and the O / L value increased,the linoleic acid content decreased.[Conclusion] Different soil texture and planting patterns have bigger effects on peanut quality,so it is necessary to select different soil texture and planting pattern according to different production goal.
