摘要
介绍一种机械方法制取微纤丝设备的主机,并对主机整体构成进行介绍。主机采用楔形动压高速磨盘研磨的方法制取木材微纤丝,使用液压油缸保障磨片间的距离,以及使用微米楔形调整机构实现磨盘的微小间隙调整等。对关键动磨盘座机构和主轴的固定连接方式进行设计,建立相关模型,进行计算和有限元分析,为下一步实验台的加工制造提供理论依据。
A mechanical method of preparing microfibril device main engine and the overall composition were introduced.The wedge-pressure high-speed disc grinding method was used for preparing wood microfibril,the grinding gap was protected by the hydraulic cylinder,the micron wedge adjustment mechanism adjusted the disc small gap.The moving disc seat institutions and spindle fixed connection was designed,then built mathematical models,conducted calculation and finite element analysis,which will provide a theoretical basis for the manufacturing of the next bench.
