论农田水利供给效率影响因素的二维二层模型及路径选择

Double-dimensional and Double-layer Model of Farmland Water Conservancy Supply Efficiency Influencing Factors and Path Choice

基于农田水利供给效率的内涵,从供求关系、成本和效益两个方面研究农田水利供给效率影响因素,依据供给和需求两个维度,宏观和微观两个层面,构建影响农田水利供给效率的二维二层模型;在此基础上,提出构建农田水利供给的多元体系,降低农田水利的成本,提高效益,实现农田水利供给和需求平衡等改进农田水利供给效率的路径选择。

Based on the connotation of farmland irrigation and water conservancy,the supply efficiency influencing factors from the relationship between supply and demand,the costs and benefits were studied.According to the two dimensions of supply and demand,two layers of macro-levels and micro-levels,the double-dimension and double layer model was constructed.On the analysis of the model,some countermeasures to improve the supply efficiency were put forward,including building the multi-supply system,reducing the costs of farmland water conservancy,increasing the benefits,realizing the equilibrium between supply and demand.
