农户秸秆处理行为的影响因素研究——基于江苏省盐城市农户数据

Research on Farmer Household Behavior of Straw Processing:Evidence from Farmers in Yancheng City,Jiangsu Province

以江苏省盐城市的实地调查数据为依据,在对数据进行描述性分析的基础上,采用logit模型对影响农户秸秆还田和秸秆焚烧行为的因素进行计量分析和比较,找出影响农户秸秆还田和秸秆焚烧的主要因素,为政策建议提供依据。研究表明,影响意愿的显著性因素主要可分为4类:农户个体特征、农户家庭因素、农户认知因素和社会因素。鼓励农户秸秆还田,减少秸秆焚烧,可以从文化教育、技术支持、政府补贴等方面入手。

Based on the data from the survey of Yancheng City,Jiangsu Province and related descriptive analysis,using logit model,the influencing factors of farmers’behavior about straw returning and straw burning were analyzed and compared.The results showed that the significant factors that affect the willingness of farmers straw returning and straw burning can be divided into four groups： farmers individual characteristics,farmers family-run factors,farmers cognitive factors and social factors.We can start from the education,technical support,and government subsidies if we want to encourage farmers straw returning and reduce straw burning.
