摘要
淡碱回收技术应用,其核心就是"pH型智能连续扩容发生器"的负压低温蒸发技术应用。通过对印染工艺中产生的淡碱(含量为4%~5%)中的碱和水进行分离,从中提取17.81%的生产用浓碱和水(碱含量0.05%)并进行二次利用,做到零排放。与传统的"三效蒸发器"相比,这项技术的热能利用率达到90.5%,汽水比为1:4以上,节能效率高。
Abstract Weak alkali recovery technology, the core of which is negative pressure microthermal evaporation technology application of "pH type intelligent continuous dilatancy generator". By separating the alkali and water in weak alkali (content: 4%-5%) generated in dyeing and printing process, 17.81% high alkaline and water (alkali content: 0.05%) for production were extracted and reutilized, achieving zero release. Compared with the traditional "triple effect evaporator" , the heat energy utilization rate of this technology reached to 90.5%, and vapor-water ratio achieved to above 1 : 4, which exhibited high energy-saving efficiency.
