IL-9基因单核苷酸多态性与系统性红斑狼疮的相关性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的比较系统性红斑狼疮患者(systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)和正常对照者白细胞介素9(in-terleukin 9,IL-9)基因的2个单核苷酸多态性(single nucleotide polymorphism,SNP)位点(rs1859430,rs2069868)的等位基因的差异以及基因型频率的差异,从而探讨IL-9基因单核苷酸多态性与SLE的相关性。方法采用病例对照的研究,应用TaqMan基因分型技术,检测研究对象的基因单核苷酸多态性。结果两个SNP位点(rs1859430,rs2069868)的等位基因和基因型频率在正常对照组和SLE患者组的差异均无统计学意义(均有P>0.05),狼疮肾炎患者组(lupus nephritis,LN)和非狼疮肾炎患者组(non-lupus nephritis,Non-LN)的分布差异均无统计学意义(均有P>0.05)。结论未发现IL-9基因的rs1859430和rs2069868位点的多态性与中国汉族人群的易感性有关。 Objective To compare the differences of allele frequencies and genotype frequencies of interleukin 9 (IL-9) about the two SNPs (rs1859430, rs2069868 ) between systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) patients and normal controls, and to explore the association between IL-9 polymorphisms and susceptibility to SLE. Methods Case-control de- sign was used to detect the association of IL-9 gene polymorphisms between SLE patients and healthy controls by TaqMan SNP Genotyping Assay kit. Results There were no significant differences between SLE patients and controls about geno- type and allele frequencies about the two SNPs (rs1859430, rs2069868). There were no significant differences about allele and genotype frequencies between LN patients and Non-LN patients about the two SNPs (rs1859430 ,rs2069868). Conclu- sions The IL-9 gene polymorphisms may not be associated with susceptibility to SLE in the Chinese population.
