摘要
功能性涂层织物是21世纪纺织领域重要的研究方向之一,其生产装备的自动化、连续化和精细化等水平对最终产品的质量起到关键作用。本文介绍了功能性涂层织物生产装备中整纬、张力控制、节能等系统的研究现状,并列举了部分研究工作,最后对其传送、浆料转换、涂覆、轧车以及节能等系统的发展动向进行了展望。
Functional coating fabric was one of the most important research direction in the textile field in the 21st century. The level of its production equipment＇s automation, continuity, accurateness played a key role on the quality of the final product. This paper introduced the research status of the straightener system, tension control system, energy-saving system and so on in the functional coating fabric production equipment. Finally, the developing direction of functional coating fabric production equipment such as transport system, stuff conversion system, coating system, mangle system, energy-saving system and so on was discussed.
